ASCALE TAU 15 Year Warranty
Picture this: you've just bought a new worktop made by TAU's ASCALE brand. You're excited to have a beautiful new addition to your home, but what if something goes wrong? Don't worry! TAU has got your back.
We are so confident in their product that we offer a 15-year warranty against manufacturing defects for residential installations. But there's a catch - you must register your worktop with TAU within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for this warranty.
If there is a manufacturing defect, TAU will replace your worktop with the same colour, type, and finish as the original purchase. Likewise, if the actual product is no longer available, they'll replace it with a similar one.
It's important to note that commercial installations are not covered under this warranty.
So, if you want to protect your new worktop register it with TAU within 30 days of purchase. Then, head to www.ascale.es under the WARRANTY / CLAIMS section to register, and include your installation invoice. Don't wait too long, or you'll miss out on this great warranty!

Ascale porcelain comes in thicknesses of 0.6 cm, 1.2 cm and 2 cm, which are prevalent as worktop, wall, and floor coverings in polished and Soft Matt finishes. Moreover, it is non-porous, scratch, heat, stain, and UV ray resistant, with an available manufacturer's warranty of 15 years.
Yes, Ascale worktops rate 7 out of 10 on the MOh's hardness scale, making them more resilient than marble or granite. In addition to their innate hardness, the 6 mm and 12 mm porcelain slabs come with reinforced mesh fibreglass offering superior resistance.
