Emperador marble, or Brown Emperador marble, is a natural stone from Castril, Granada, in Southern Spain.
Emperador Marble and Emperador Light are not the same stone. Emperador Marble has a darker brown colour with cream veins, and Emperador Light Marble displays a lighter beige or cream-coloured background with darker veining.
