Nile Quartz Technical Data Sheet & Safety Data
Our devotion to long-lasting quality guarantees that our superb post-purchase assistance keeps you as content as our worktops.
Like our stone surfaces, we build lasting relationships, offering a 15-year warranty on all our Nile Quartz kitchen and bathroom coverings and worktops.
Read the most straightforward warranty letter in the marketplace for a helpful understanding of the terms and conditions.
If you request the replacement of damaged worktops and your worktop design is no longer available, we will replace them with a comparable Nile quartz colour of the same price group for a similar stone that meets the same standards.
Besides regular cleaning, you can occasionally treat the surface with a wet-look colour-enhancing sealer to maintain its shine. Honed or matte surfaces need extra attention due to their texture. Marks like metal smudges, fingerprints, and stains from daily use are more visible than on a polished quartz worktop. Blemishes can be removed with non-abrasive cleaners. For honed worktops, use a wet-look-enhancer. You can also use kitchen grease-removal detergents for cleaning but rinse thoroughly after stain removal to avoid changing the surface.
Nile Quartz surfaces are more heat resistant than materials like laminate, Corian and wood. They're OK with temperatures below 125°C. Like any stone, sudden temperature changes can harm them, so don't place hot pots or pans directly on the surface. For cooking units like electric frying pans or roaster ovens, it's wise to use a hot pad or trivet underneath to protect the surface.
