When raising a claim, you will need a copy of your Worktop Library invoice as proof of purchase.
To remove wine stains from Unistone, use analkaline detergent. If the stains persist, you can use a mild acidic solution.
You can remove rux and other marks such as molten candle from Unistone using a mild solvent solution. Then, rinse with water and dry with a cloth.
To remove cement from Unistone, use a mild adic solution.Then, rinse with water and dry with a paper cloth.
