Cosentino, the brand behind Silestone, has named this Loft Series colour Silestone Poblenou. It did so in reference to the concrete buildings and factories around Poblenou, known as the coolest neighbourhood in Barcelona.
Poblenou is a mellow, silky grey texture with remarkable streaks on the top. In addition, it offers a matte grey that looks like Mediterranean beaches.
According to its manufacturers, Silestone Poblenou is the best out of the five Loft Series colours you can use for a typical family setting.

While granite is a natural, porous surface, Silestone Poblenou is an engineered surface comprising pure quartz crystals and other raw materials.
