Technistone makes these stone slabs using natural quartz, like a rock, and colourful pigments. They mix them with a particular type of glue. Sometimes, they also use recycled glass and pieces of mirrors. When making the slabs, they shake using vibro-compression to eliminate air, making them non-porous. It makes the stone not have spots like natural stone, which makes it tough against stains. In addition, the quartz minerals make the surfaces hard to scratch.
