The series captures the spirit of famous cities from around the world. And this cement-look quartz stone takes its inspiration from the neighbourhood in New York with the same name.
Have you ever visited Seaport? It is like stepping back to an age when shipbuilding was the key participant in a small but essential sector for New York’s economic growth. Many of its structures still have the character of the 1900s. Its short buildings with beamed ceilings, weathered cement, and distinctive wharf comprise a colourful spectrum that inspired this cement-effect kitchen worktop.
Not only that, this dark concrete-coloured countertop will look divine wherever you install it. In addition, it comprises carbon-neutral manufacturing, making it a positive contribution to our natural environment.
Silestone Seaport Description
Cosentino, the brand behind Silestone, has named this Loft Series colour Silestone Seaport. It did so as a tribute to the cement constructions and factories around Seaport, New York, known for its maritime facilities. A Seaport kitchen countertop combines ochre and blue tones reminiscent of the sea and old times.
It is an inviting decoration material with exquisite looks and character that you can combine with any timber. In addition, you can pair this concrete surface with worn leather or textiles that look rugged.
If you feel the room needs more vibrancy, you can add any colours from the orange-brown palette. It is an ideal worktop with many windows and sombre elements for private areas and homes.
Silestone Seaport Sizes, Thicknesses & Finishes
Choose from thickness options of 12 mm, 20 mm, and 30 mm. In addition, the Worktop Library offers Seaport in a Jumbo size slab of 3250×1590 mm. Thus, you can create seamless panels and bigger worktops with ease.

Conduct Other Tasks In The Kitchen Besides Cooking?
Do you conduct other tasks in the kitchen besides cooking?
A recent survey by Cosentino indicated that British culture makes us use the kitchen area as a gathering spot more often than in the Mediterranean countries. As a nation, the UK has a long history of holding social gatherings in other rooms around the house.
It is why the kitchen has evolved into a shared place that is both functional and adaptable. It combines a living area where we spend time with friends and family. This new type of kitchen is more convenient for having a snack and allows dining in a shared space.
Silestone Seaport is a surface for everyday situations, work, and social gatherings. In addition, it provides the foundation for cooking, preparing meals, and multitasking. Ultimately, a quartz countertop interacts with these principles, cultures, and activities.
Non-porous Concrete Worktops
Unlike traditional cement and concrete building materials, Seaport does not require maintenance, sealants, or additional coatings. And instead of unique concrete products, you can maintain them with household detergents and cleaners.
Consider installing this fantastic cement replica in your bathroom or kitchen, and forget about the fragility and stains in concrete kitchen worktops. Forget about scrapes and blemishes. Only a few natural materials are more scratch-resistant than the quartz comprising Silestone Seaport.
The unrivalled versatility of this material makes what has made it a market-leading material for over three decades. You can create kitchen worktops, walls, splashbacks, floors, etc.
One of the critical benefits of Silestone Seaport is that, unlike traditional concrete, its colours don’t fade over time. In addition, continuous contact with liquid does not affect it. And with a 25-year transferable manufacturer’s warranty, your investment is protected for decades.

While granite is a natural, porous surface, Silestone Seaport is an engineered surface comprising pure quartz crystals and other raw materials. As such, both make for excellent countertops and surfaces. In addition, both are hard, durable and come with a host of high-performance features. However, Silestone Seaport’s non-porosity gives it the edge in care and maintenance.
Cons: the only drawback between Silestone Seaport and natural granite is that quartz is suitable only for interiors whilst you can use granite outdoors. It is because contained exposure to UV rays impacts its resin and can alter the colour of the surface.
The Worktop Library guarantees only genuine stone surfaces and worktops from the most reputable brands across the UK. You can always confirm your Silestone Seaport’s authenticity by checking for the Silestone logo that marks the underside of your countertop. Simple!
Apply window cleaning spray or multi-purpose spray on the spot and wipe it away with the soft side of a sponge. If required, repeat this step. Next, rinse the area well with water and pat dry.
Use a moist sponge and washing vinegar. If the marks remain, try diluting limescale cleaner with water. Next, wipe away quickly.
It would be best to never leave limescale remover over 2 minutes on Silestone. If required, repeat the procedure. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry with a soft towel.
