Yes, but the waterfall edges must not raise the worktop above the cabinet and should always rest directly on the cabinet structure. If the waterfall edge is pulled down, the joint with the worktop may break.
The Silestone guidelines vary by worktop thickness and overhang type. For a 12mm worktop, the overhang should be 200mm; for 20mm, up to 250mm; and for 30mm, up to 300mm. Make sure the support matches the overhang.
