Furthermore, it is a vacuum-compacted substance with 0% porosity, making it watertight.   • GreenGuard Certificate: The Greenguard Environmental Institute’s certification ensures that COMPAC products meet indoor air quality criteria for volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Compac Rhea Beige Terrazzo Maintenance

Rhea is practical and easy to use. It won’t take your time to keep the lustre of the surface by following two simple steps.

  1. Daily maintenance: First, vacuum away any sand or dust from the surface. Then, using a surface dust mop, clean the surface. Finally, you can remove stains with a moist cloth and no detergent.
  2. Every other year: depending on how much use you give to the surfaces, you may need to carry out additional maintenance every 12-24 months. You can de-layer and de-scale the stone using a disk polisher and aluminium filings. For de-scaling, use Nilfisk BB.1 or Caselli X*1. The steps for doing so are: a) vitrify, b) polish, and c) finish.
