Silestone Eternal Marquina Description
A Silestone Eternal Marquina worktop displays an intense black base and dazzling white veining, recreating one of nature’s most rare and stunning marbles. This composition, reminiscent of the gorgeous Spanish Black Marquina marble, has a deep, black backdrop with realistic, vivid, white features and highlights across a dark quartz surface.
For example, you can combine Silestone Eternal Marquina with light grey, soft taupe, antique white, sand and even toffee to make it look inviting. For a darker, contrasting colour combination, you can choose reddish hues or furniture in scarlet tones. And if you prefer to highlight the grey marble veins, choose Silestone Eternal Marquina Polished instead of Silestone Eternal Marquina honed.
With Silestone Marquina, you can design spacious, vibrant interiors with striking and distinctive characteristics. In addition, the HybriQ technology in the Eternal Series is 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
Silestone Eternal Marquina Marble For Busy Homes
The Worktop Library is an approved supplier of Silestone, an eco-friendly quartz manufacturer. Specifically, we present Eternal Marquina, part of four quartz colours that will make your home elegant with a natural marble look. It belongs to a range of kitchen surfaces with zero emissions, supporting two programs: seabed conservation and ecosystem replanting.
In addition to adding connectivity and functioning as a control panel in the kitchen, future worktops should allow users to cook directly on them. And Eternal Marquina is getting closer to this dream by providing a liquid-repellent worktop.
Because of its innovative stain-resistant characteristic, cleaning has never been more straightforward: you can use Silestone worktops to make meals that combine ingredients from around the world or locally and achieve exceptional results while appreciating the inventiveness, textures, colours, and personality that Cosentino utilises to build each of its original quartz worktops.
This Eternal Silestone worktop is part of a quartz collection comprising 100% renewable energy and recycled water. It is an innovative high-performance combination of quality minerals, quartz, and recycled glass, known as HybriQ and HybriQ+.
- HybriQ uses technology that restricts the crystalline silica content to 50%.
- Silestone HybriQ+: technology limits crystalline silica content to 50% and uses a minimum of 20% recycled material.
Quartz worktops with these technologies result in deeper colour intensity and improved patterns and hues from specific minerals for each quartz stone, allowing you to create original and bespoke living areas.

Multitask With A Timeless Silestone Eternal Marquina Worktop
A survey by Cosentino indicates that British culture makes us use the kitchen area as a gathering spot more often than in the Mediterranean countries. It is because the UK has a long history of holding social gatherings in other areas, for example, the patio and dining room.
The kitchen has evolved into a shared place that is both functional and adaptable. It combines a living area where we spend time with friends and family. This new type of kitchen is more convenient for having a snack and allows dining in a shared space.
You can use Eternal Marquina as a surface for work or create a social gathering area. In addition, it can provide the foundation for cooking, preparing meals, and multitasking. Ultimately, it is a sturdy quartz countertop that interacts with these principles and everyday activities.
Do everything, and forget about scrapes and blemishes. Only a few natural materials are more scratch-resistant than the quartz comprising Silestone Eternal Marquina.
Invest In A Great, Versatile Worktop That Doesn’t Wear & Tear.
Unlike traditional marble and natural limestone, Eternal Marquina does not require maintenance, sealants, or additional coatings. And instead of unique concrete products, you can maintain them with household detergents and cleaners.
Consider installing this fantastic marble replica in your bathroom or kitchen, and forget about the fragility and stains in natural marble kitchen worktops.
The unrivalled versatility of this material makes what has made it a market-leading material for over three decades. You can create kitchen worktops, walls, splashbacks, floors, etc.
One of the critical benefits of Silestone Eternal Marquina is that, unlike traditional marble, its colours don’t fade when exposed to acid. Similarly, continuous contact with liquid does not affect it. And with a 25-year transferable manufacturer’s warranty, your investment is protected for decades.

While granite is a natural, porous surface, Silestone Eternal Marquina is an engineered surface comprising pure quartz crystals and other raw materials. As such, both make for excellent countertops and surfaces. In addition, both are hard, durable, and have many high-performance features. However, Eternal Marquina's non-porosity has an edge in practicality, care and maintenance.
Cons: the only drawback between Eternal Marquina Silestone and natural granite is that quartz is suitable only for interiors, whilst you can use granite outdoors. It is because contained exposure to UV rays impacts its resin and can alter the colour of the surface.
The Worktop Library guarantees only genuine stone surfaces and worktops from the most reputable brands across the UK. You can always confirm your Silestone Eternal Marquina’ authenticity by checking for the Silestone logo that marks the underside of your countertop. Simple!
Maintaining the Silestone Eternal Marquina is straightforward. Here are the seven points to keep in mind:
- Keep your worktop as new as day one with water, a mild cleaning agent and a soft cloth.
- Wipe away any spills or stains to maintain the sheen.
- Avoid cleaning with harsh chemicals like bleaches or chemicals.
- Do not use any water repellents or sealants.
- Avoid placing hot utensils on your Silestone surface for a prolonged duration.
- Use hot pads or trivets whenever possible.
- Avoid installing your Silestone Eternal Marquina under direct sunlight or outdoors, as it can fade away due to UV radiation.
Apply window cleaning spray or multi-purpose spray on the spot and wipe it away with the soft side of a sponge. If required, repeat this step. Next, rinse the area well with water and pat dry.
Use a moist sponge and washing vinegar. If the marks remain, try diluting limescale cleaner with water. Next, wipe away quickly.
It would be best to never leave limescale remover over 2 minutes on Silestone. If required, repeat the procedure. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry with a soft towel.
You should remove this as soon as you can, following three steps:
- First, use a blade or sharp knife held horizontally and acetone.
- Then, follow with ;a scouring pad.-You can use a high-quality silicone remover if you don't have acetone.
- Finally, rinse well with warm water and pat dry.
Yes. Silestone Eternal Marquina can withstand temperatures of up to 150C.
However, to prevent heat damage, do not set specific kitchen equipment, such as pans, pots, and other objects that emit heat like Silestone hot pan or a hot pot, immediately onto the surface after use. Instead, use a mat or rack until the tools have cooled. Thermal stress might cause damage.
